Henry of Harcourt

Nestled at the foot of Mt Alexander in Harcourt, the Apple Centre of Victoria, a small orchard, run by the Henry Family produces “Real Cider” made from traditional cider apple varieties.
What is “Real Cider” you ask? “Real Cider” is crafted from English and French apple varieties that date back hundreds of years to a time when cider was  considered an equal to wine. The ciders are fermented with minimal intervention and the bottles conditioned to produce a fine crisp sparkling finish.
