Squirrel Gully Saffron is proudly grown on our off-grid farm in the heart of Victoria's "Golden Triangle".
Our saffron is grown , dried and packed onsite using energy from the sun.
Unlike other saffron farmers , we grow our saffron in raised wicking beds. By growing our saffron in this manner we are able to micromanage our soil and water usage and use vermiculture to create a chemical free sustainable eco system in each of our garden beds.
